Brewed in the Bavarian tradition with pilsen lager yeast and Saaz hops, a high quality crisp beer with classic hops character and clean flavor.

12 ounce can into pint glass at Shark Bar, no can dating. Pours lightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing on the glass, and a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Very fruity/yeasty aromas. Flavors of lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body. Nice crisp, clean, and refreshing finish. Some lingering yeasty notes. Bready and sticky balanced mouthfeel. Increasing bitter dryness with no hop astringency. Very flavorful but a bit too yeasty for a pils. Overall very enjoyable, despite it's flaws.

From a can at the Burning Can Festival (NC).
Pale clear golden body topped with a good white head.
This is very malt forward for style ... extra malts rather than low hops i think.
Very nice pale malt beverage ... but not a traditional pilsner.
