L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of creamy, tan-colored head that lasted an average amount of time. Not much lacing, though.
S: A very nice aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, cherry, hops, and a nutty quality.
T: Tasted of a lightly creamy quality (just a hint), lots of dark chocolate, some roasted malt, light hops (mostly in the finish), and a fair shot of cherries. This is an incredibly well-balanced and focused flavor. It has just the right amount of cherries and chocolate to make you happy. Quite tasty.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a silky smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A very well made, easy to like beer. Definitely drinkable.
