Appearance: Pours a completely clear, medium orange-golden color with a strong off-white head. SRM of 11.
Aroma: Strong aromas of brown bread, some caramel, some yeast and smooth bread malts.
Flavor: Strong flavors of brown bread, sweet caramel, slightly sour notes. Sweet.
Feel: Medium body, average, carbonation, finishes, sweet and sour.
Compared to BlackStack What's The Beef 11/2023: Pours lighter, similar head. Stronger aromas. More sour.
Overall: Unfortunately it has a sour component and is spoiled. Drain pourl.

Pours a beautiful clear light copper color with a khaki head and lacing . Smell is fruit and caramel with baked bread . taste has fig dates caramel and citrus hops . Mouth feel sweet and malty some pine and citrus in finish , delicious for the style
