Our Fuse Box Kettle Sours start with all MN Grown Pale and Wheat Malt, Oats a touch of Fuggle Hops. It’s kettle soured for a tart, dry base. After fermentation we add a bunch of Oregon blueberry purée to provide a sweet-tart, refreshing balance.
