Berliner weiss with peaches from San Sperate (South of Sardinia) , in collaboration with La Buttiga (Piacenza, ITA).
On the nose, scent of yellow fruit.
Obviously super smooth and light body.
Honestly, if I hadn't known, I wouldn't have been able to spot peaches.
In the mouth, in addition to the cereal hints of wheat, I noticed a taste similar to coriander ... Surely the gustatory accent of nion peaches is so clear and easily identifiable.
However, it remains a truly enjoyable beer to drink, with the fruit that does not affect so much neither the flavor nor the acid component.
