Beautiful golden color, white, beautiful creamy head.
Lightly fruity smell, a good spiciness, peppery and floratl, then some maltiness.
In the tate a light malltiness, relatively dry, good grassy and floral hop, then again the malt.
Not a pefect Kölsch, but after all, well done.
