Pale and murky with a soapy white head. Smells strongly of grapefruit and pine with a hint of lemon. The taste is the same as the aroma with grapefruit zest, piney bitterness and some hints of lemon. It is creamy and carbonated with a a bitter finish.

A: Pours a super murky bright pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + lemon yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, and tropical/mango hops over the top of light aromas of cracker + biscuit malts with a hint of sweetness.

T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than light flavors of cracker + biscuit malts with a hint of oat malts and a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, and tropical/mango hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving a lingering tropical + citrus fruit hoppiness on the palate.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly creamy with a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing. Enjoyable with really nice hop flavors and aromas. Easily could have another one of these.
