Pours a medium yellow straw color, abundant foamy head with excellent retention. Pleasant citrus aroma. Flavor is citrusy lemon, orange, grapefruit. Very nicely hopped. Perfect carbonation. Overall an exceptional IPA, would buy again.

2/22/21 Complete and udder haze bomb. Murky, swirly, awesome. Looks like citrus juice. Smell is a bitter juice bomb. Taste is major bitter citrus hops with a bit of sweetness. Body is thick and amazing. The lactose addition was a great one. 4.67
Update 5/11/22: Not sure if they changed the recipe, but this isn't as good as it once was so I updated my rating. Less murk. Less Juice. Less bitterness. Less body.

Appearance: Pours a murky goldenstraw with a two finger head; good retention and spots of lace
Smell: Dank and herbal with pine tones, tropical fruit and some pith, as well
Taste: A touch of papaya and pineapple, up front, with the herbal and pine flavors blossoming; some grapefruit pith emerges, in the middle, with the bitter flavors driving home the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: The Simcoe does its job here and hijacks this beer on its way from Canton to Charlton and takes it on a journey out West

Pineapple haze poured into a 16oz "can" glass. For those that get aroused off that murky NEIPA appearance, it starts and ends with this one. Seriously. Gorgeous head, and excellent retention. Aromas of fresh pineapple, grapefruit peel, and oregano. Drippy tropical notes caress the tongue piece with candied pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, citrus, passion fruit, and pine cone. The feel is silky smooth, mouthcoating, and chewy. Like my man Heavy D, this one is chunky but funky. For a single IPA, this trumps the flavor found in most of its contemporaries, and it borders on rivaling some of the upper tier Galaxy-hopped DIPA offerings. Out-f*cking-standing.

Cloudy yellow capped with a thick layer of white cream. Smells like Galaxy juice: pungent tropical fruit, pine resin, grapefruit, and fresh herbs. Bold green hoppy goodness in the mouth...passion fruit, mango, pineapple, berries, dank herbs, and general fresh hop flavor. Absurdly hoppy, really (not that I'm complaining). Medium bodied, smooth fairly low-carb feel finishing nice and dry. Good shit, as usual.
