A: Pours a relatively clear medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint honey + bright yellow + pale lemon yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + grainy + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy + caramel sweetness + light fruit (pear + apple). Light aromas of spicy + earthy + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + grainy + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy + caramel + light fruit (pear + apple) sweetness. That is followed by slightly heavier than light flavors of spicy + earthy + herbal hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Classic flavors and aromas, quite enjoyable.
