A: Pours a relatively clear golden copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate honey + burnt orange + medium to dark golden yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a small patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of spicy hops and a hint of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable with really pleasant bready malt and spicy hop flavors. Definitely sessionable.
