16 oz. cans
Stamped 21 215

Hazy orange-sand color. Two fingers cream varied head. Heavy lacing curtains and full cap.
Grapefruit, pine, tropical fruit, light bread aromas.
Grapefruit, pale malt, light floral and pepper, orange flavors.
Medium body, good lasting carbonation. Hop bite aftertaste. Coating citrus on the tongue.
Hop dominant, but not acrid. Nice hop combination.

On tap in a 20 ounce mug.

Pale yellow in color, cloudy and washed out. Topped with a dense whit cap that holds up and leaves abundant lacing. Visible tiny bubble carbonation.

Intense grapefruit and pine aromas. Some stone fruits and light grains in the background.

About the same as the nose. More like citrus rind and zest than juice. Some pine and herbal earthiness. Oats for texture.

Chewy medium body. Oats and hop bite keep the juices at bay. Dry hop finish.

Better than the style for me. Not a juice or booze bomb, thankfully.

A: Pours a milky murky bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of active fine visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + pale orange + apricot +peach colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/passionfruit + stone fruit/apricot + herbal hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/passionfruit + stone fruit/apricot + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving lingering citrus + tropical + herbal hop flavors.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice combination of hop flavors and aromas. I could easily have a couple of these.
