A: Pours a milky murky medium to dark golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + bright yellow + medium golden yellow + burnt orange + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange, tropical/melon, citrus/grapefruit, and floral hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat + honey malts with a moderate amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat + honey malts with a moderate amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by just shy of strong flavors of juicy citrus/orange, tropical/melon, citrus/grapefruit, and floral hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving moderate lingering floral + citrus + melon hops flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially followed by moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable combination of hop flavors and aromas. I could easily have a couple of these but they would really sneak up on you.
