A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lychee and hints of pear. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like is a hybrid between an American IPA and a New England IPA. It's quite aromatic and flavorful without being that heavy on the palate.

Poured into a Nordic Pint glass from 16oz can. No visible canning date but smells pretty fresh upon opening. Looks like orange juice with a nice creamy head. Smell is nice. Mango, peach, passion fruit, subtle pineapple and some citrus. Taste is right there with some malt and great earthy, dank hop presence. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Overall, a winner. Good stuff from NC.

Pours a darkish golden color, ample foamy head that lingers, leaving nice lacing. Big hoppy aroma, lots of dankness with stone fruit, mango and guava. Very flavorful, big hop wallop with minimal bitterness; I get peach, mango, guava, pervasive dankness. Carbonation adds to a chewy texture. Feels like guava nectar. Overall an exceptional IPA.

A: Pours a milky murky medium bright orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + medium golden yellow + bright yellow + honey + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, stone fruit/peach, tropical/mango, and pine hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, stone fruit/peach, tropical/mango, and pine hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades almost instantly leaving lingering citrus + tropical + pine hop flavors. Light amounts of green hop astringency.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Enjoyable with really nice hop flavors and aromas and minimal bitterness.
