Fun riff on a New Anthem classic. We took Don't Call Me Baby and fermented it with a Trappist style ale yeast.
Fun, fruiter-tasting, West Coast Belgian style IPA.

On tap in a 12 ounce Pilsner glass.
Poured a light golden wheat color with a slim but durable white cap. Sticky web lacing. Unfiltered look.
Belgian yeast aroma with mild funk. Dry cracker and wheat. West coast dank.
Citrus hop flavors, grapefruit and bitter orange peel. Earthy and dry. Bubble gum fruit.
Medium bodied and dry throughout. Hop bitterness and yeast mix.
Not quite West Coast IPA look, but it’s overall formula works into a good brew.
