A: Pours a hazy pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate straw yellow + lemon yellow + pale apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/pineapple + citrus/lemon hops as well as moderate pine + citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of pine + citrus/grapefruit zest hops. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/pineapple + citrus/lemon hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving light to moderate lingering citrus zest hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with lots of tropical + citrus + citrus zest hop presence.
