Look: It pours dark brown with a brown head. Head retention is low.
Smell: Strong chocolate aroma and bourbon notes. Alcohol is noticeable. There are some dark chocolate notes with brownie batter. There are low vanilla elements.
Taste: Strong chocolate and bourbon flavors with dark chocolate mixed in. Cherry elements with vanilla.
Feel: It has a full body with strong alcohol warming. Its sweetness is offset some by alcohol and bitterness.
Overall, the alcohol is a bit on the hot side making this a sipping bear for sure. The flavors are deep and complex.
