I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a stemmed glass; this version was 8.1% ABV.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. Not too bad.
Smell: hops are bit fruity and citrusy, and there's plenty of sweetness here too.
Taste: sweet malt that is a bit sticky, with a fruity, floral hop flavor. Not bad, but sweet.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a moderate carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: it's okay; it packs some flavor, but is kind of lackluster for a DIPA.

Decent IPA but not for $7. Slight medicinal aftertaste.
