collaboration with obelisk, and its awful good, a triple dry hopped new zealand type, light as heck and done up with nelson, nz cascade, and vista, distinctive and delicious, gabf collaboration gold winner, and rightly so, fresh and peppy and real bright, light on the grain side but not out of balance, impressive quality, loved it! real pale, yellow and unfiltered looking but decidedly not a new england style or anything, no murk, frothy head, looks upbeat and poundable. white wine from the nelson, maybe white currant too, green apple, lemongrass, lemon verbena, green tea, juicy meyer lemon, fresh mowed turf, like golf course level, some light spiciness, fresh pils type malt and some minerality there, almost a lager level crispness, is this a cold ipa or something, its literall that brisk despite the hop pungency. green melon and pineapple from the can in the flavor, dry the whole way and again with a pils malt note to me, short of crackery but it keeps it from only being hops, as light as it gets though, really cool build on this, very modern, and the beer isnt messy for bring triple dry hopped as they so often are, way cleaner, low bitterness too, nothing vegetal. white coconut, green grape, chardonnay, elderflower liqueur, kiwi fruit and its tangy skin, and maybe a kiss of wildflower honey, all so fresh. snappy and fast, truly bone dry, refreshing carbonation levels, and a memorable drink overall! refreshing for an ipa, great hop profile!
