Lightly cloudy yellow pour and body; dense and very active carbonation; thick, creamy head, white and long lasting. Fantastic aroma; tons of tropical fruit notes; a hint of pine resin with muted floral qualities. Divine taste; well-balanced biscuit-like malt base carrying a sublime hop bitterness with just a dab of earthy esters in the background. Medium-heavy mouthfeel; smooth and gently velvty; fine dryness at the finish.
Besides the beer's physical beauty, you can smell its tropical fruit sweet aroma from several feet away. The taste doesn't quite deliver on the smell's fruity notes yet the finish last long with a fine hop bitterness. Overall, a superb collaboration effort that created a very appealing American India pale ale.
