L-Looks along the lines of a NE style IPA..glowing and cloudy oak colored.
S-Nice aroma to this...fresh.....Galena and Citrus hops used in this which generally would not give out this impression but for some reason I am getting a floral, pine aroma up front with lighter notes of grapefruit, tangerine peel, and mandarin oranges...Great aroma on this.
T-Fruity....didn't notice this on the aroma but peaches and apricots join the mix here on the flavor along with tangerines and grapefruit......light slightly sweet sugar cookie like malt backing....I should stress the "light" part there...this is not malty sweet or sugar cookie like at all....the malt flavor though just has a touch of that to it.
F-Drinks like an APA despite the 6.7% ABV....nice hop flavor....not a ton of biting hop bitterness which is the way I like it. Medium bodied...some times these can feel a little thin but this is about perfect body wise..
O-Excellent APA. Would be great beer for a BBQ!
