We're kicking off a new experimental IPA series, focused on all things innovative in the world of hops. For our first project, we employed LUPOMAX Citra and LUPOMAX Mosaic hop products, generating oil percentages in the finished beer that's higher than anything we've seen before. We then layered in two of our favorite hops, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin, to push the juice and tropical character of this beer to a new level.
