A mindset was set on day for this project, to brew the cleanest, most conscious, drinkable beer that we could dream up. It helps tie our craft back to our roots of wellness, giving a damn about the mark we're leaving, and actually brewing drinkable beers that we love to drink. We worked directly with Crosby Hop Farms' Salmon safe Certified Amarillo & Comet hops, where we're hoping to make a difference on irrigation water & pesticide use, restoration of stream buffers, and biodiversity improvements where these hops are grown. The grains, all organic Briess malts, lending a slight malt complex to balance the hops. Floral aromatics of orange, melon & peach.

16oz can into a tall Lager glass.
L: Pours pale inside of lemon yellow w a massively tall & creamy eggshell white head w excellent retention & large cap, steady carbo bubbles, heavy lacing, sheeting & banding.
S: Pineapple, mango, lemon, melon, citrus, peach, a hint of celery.
T: Lightly sweet pale malts, subtle floral hops, w fruit notes akin to the aroma, fresh-baked white bread, a touch of stone fruit, only briefly bitter and bready towards the finish.
F: Crisp, light-bodied w a fast finish that is lightly drying. Generally soft & plush overall.
O: What a surprise! A fantastically EZ drinking IPL with simple and succulent flavors. Very approachable for a variety of beer drinkers and kind of unique. It is outstanding in its style.
