We used a thiolized yeast strain that helped us expand an already intense fruit presence from our usual double dry hop bill. Nelson, Citra Cryo, Sabro, and Cashmere, deliver what we think is one of the most aromatics NEIPAs we’ve made to date. Sauv blanc grapes, ripe pineapple, and tangerine peels fill the foam and glass, with a slightly warming alcohol presence to keep everything quite drinkable.
