Fermented with kolsch yeast for a soft juicy profile, followed by careful additions of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Cashmere Cryo. Tropical, with subtle notes of tangerine and sauv blanc grapes, for a complex, crushable little IPA.

16oz can, adhesive label. There is a digit stamp on the can bottom that reads '10.1.25', about 23 weeks in the can.
Hazy, straw colored body. Two fingers of white colored head, and this reduces to a thin cap and higher ring. Leaves behind expansive lacing webs.
Aroma of citrus tangerine, tropical pineapple, and vinous white grape.
Taste is sweet and juicy. Fruit flavors of orange, tangerine, pineapple, and white wine grape. Late addition of red berry. Gets more bitter towards the end (from grape skin and citrus pith). All flavors meld in the drier aftertaste with a piney whisper.
Medium mouthfeel. Soft texture. Minor tongue numbing with repeated sips. Has a bitter bite at the end but not excessive. Excellent carbonation.
Fruity and soft, but not overly sweet, with vibes from the northern forests of Minnesota (a Northwoods Hazy IPA).

No obvious canning date but said to be recently brewed according to the beer shop. Label states 5.5% abv and notes the use of Nelson, Citra, Cashmere and Sabrina hops. Nice tropical fruit notes with a soft mouthfeel and a pleasantly bitter finish.
