A collaboration with Falling Knife Brewing in Minneapolis. These fine folks gave us a bunch of equipment during our fire rebuild, and we're finally getting around to brewing some beer together. Inspired by a campfire in the North woods on a cold night, this beer was designed to warm you up. Using a complex malt of German malts, saaz hops, and fermented on maple wood, this beer is packed with complex notes of warm bread, subtle smoke, and wood tannins.
