Welcome to one of the coldest places in North America, The Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Each year, we navigate these frozen lakes, camp under the stars via quinzhee, and explore areas where very few living things can exist.
We designed North Of There Cold IPA around this experience, where the dry winter cold rules, and hints of spruce fill the air. Fermented cold for maximum crispness, and dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Chinook Cryo, and Idaho 7, this IPA boasts big aromatics of dank pine, tangerine peel, and subtle tropical fruits. Best service ice cold around a roaring campfire.
