Apperance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 5. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of yeast, earthy bread, malts. floral notes. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors of pale, Munich bolts, worthy bread, notes, light floral yeast. Soft and smooth. (4.25)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, finishes, soft, smooth, and clean. (4.25)
Compared to Fair State Side Pull 8/24: Pours lighter, stronger head and aromas. More floral and soft yeast. Less bread malt. Similar.
