On draught at Burger Loft. Served in a snulip glass. It pours a turbid, orange-brown color with a thin, milk-white head and thick, soapy lacing. On the nose there is tangerine-orange, lime, grapefruit, and subdued floral hops. The taste opens highly fruity and tart with lemon peel and grapefruit rind, along with pineapple, honeydew, and notes of vanilla cream. It has a really nice balance of tart and sweet citrus. The mouth feel is crisp and lite with a pleasant level of carbonation. At 8% ABV it has good substance and is very drinkable. A second pour is not an issue. Overall, unlike actual politics, Political Flow is highly enjoyable; highly flavorful and easy to drink. As expected, it paired superbly with Burger Loft's legendary mushroom burger. A better late lunch I cannot imagine.
