Was fortunate enough to get a can of this last week as a friend of mine made a run up to there recently. I love both of these breweries and this beer was just as good as what either of them have released recently. Smooth, enjoyable, and with a hidden alcoholic presence, there was plenty to like about this as it easily went down!
Of course, this poured like a nice and cloudy juice bomb as any good IPA from either of these guys always does. Plenty of soft, fine head topped this off as it slowly and even settled down, with a nice amount of webbed lacing left behind as I worked my way through this. Lots of sweetness in the nose from cotton candy, bubblegum, and tropical fruit although it was quite subdued and never fully emerged as this warmed up. The taste more than made up from it as there was a nice dankness from the Galaxy and Vic Secret as their snake fruit finish tied in well with this and the Mosaic that came through in the aftertaste. Not as slick as some of their other beers that I've had but the sweetness from the citrus and mango combined with the stickiness on my lips gave this a fun and well-rounded mouthfeel.
Booze? It's here...somewhere. I never tasted or felt it as this was more like juice than beer. As always, I wish this had a date on the bottom of the can but this look, felt, and tasted fresh as it would have been a piece of cake to have another one of these after wishing for a bigger can of this. It's so easy to see why District 96 and Equilibrium have nice followings, as this was easily worth of both of their names on the can!

Pours a milky pale orange, straw in color with a finger of dense white head, I’m taking points off for the snotty, yeasty sludge that came out after a relatively gentle pour. Aroma is tropical, a little citrusy, some stone fruit. Taste hits the same notes as the aroma, very smooth. Medium plus body and moderate carbonation. Overall a super tasty and drinkable beer from 2 of my favorite IPA breweries.
