L - pours a slightly brownish, murky haze. Dense, yellowy white head. Big and fluffy. One of the best heads I've seen in some time.
S - lemon-lime, grape candy, and a touch of apricot. Definitely sweeter and more candy-like than fruity.
T - candied white grape, maybe a hint of chardonnay. Acetone, kiwi, and zesty pineapple sans the pithy bitterness. Mango powder? Leaves the kind of herbal, yellow-part-of-the-hop bitterness up in your gums.
F - lighter than a DIPA should feel, but still features a full creaminess that I can't complain about.
O - the description offers high hopes of this beer and I can't help but feel a little disappointed at its singular dimension. Where's the coconut? Kumquat? Excitement? That said, it's a good candy-forward sweet treat and neutral NEIPA at the end of the day.
