This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like cantaloupe, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit.
LThe description of this beer lists all sorts of esoteric fruits this tastes like – this beer tastes good, but as someone who is not well versed in their tropical fruits, it kinda just tastes like peach, pineapple, and melon to me. There’s a nice little bitterness here, but the juiciness is definitely the star.
This is medium bodied, creamy, full, and really drinkable.
I’m not sure if District 96 does anything else well other than IPAs, but they definitely still do them well.

Pours a milky, hazy pale orange with a finger of dense white head. Aroma is dank, citrusy, piney, then a heavy overripe tropical fruits. Taste hits the same notes as the aroma. Medium-light body, moderate carbonation. A solid beer that’s a bit different than their signature but still tasty.

Traded for this a few weeks ago with a friend, as I've gotten on the recent District 96 Bandwagon. All of the offerings that I've had from them have been solid and this also fit that bill. It helps that this wasn't quite like anything that I've had before, but was inviting and easy to drink from the get-go!
Quite a lovely pour to this as the liquid was a murky gold that was moderately bright and typical for a New England IPA. A bit of dark sediment settled at the bottom but it was only visible when I got down to the last few sips. Nice head to this as it was fluffy and long-lasting with plenty of rocky, layered lacing remaining as I worked my way through this. A bit of an odd feel to this, as I'm quite unfamiliar with feijoa, kiwano, mangosteen, and black sapote but the end result was something exotic, floral, tropical, and subtly juicy that was quite ripe and subtly dank at the same time. A balanced body and light carbonation ensured that this would be a slow sipper, with the typical end taste that characterizes all of the District 96 beers that I've had so far.
Not a lot of booze in this as it felt stronger than it was in actuality, but I think that's because it was warming and the flavors lingered long after I finished this off. No date on the bottom of the can, as that would be the only aspect of this beer that I'd change. Enjoyed this beer and it's label, which was a sign of the times no matter how you feel about the current situation.

Tall can direct from the source...no canning date or other freshness info to be had.
Nice looking fully hazed up NEIPA pour, leaves an ungodly amount of super fine fields of great looking sheeting. Fine looking elixir.
The sniff is chock full of juicy mango, and ripe pineapple.
Smooth n tasty....tropical fruits abound. Carbonation on point, flavorful, luscious and and highly enjoyable. Seems like everybody is brewing up batch after batch of this lovable style..this one does not miss the mark and is well worth tracking down and checking out...go get some!
