A: Vivid yellow-tangerine color. Although hazy, the body itself actually looks a little thin...before all the yeast sediment pours out. Soapy, white foam head. Separated quickly to form a bubbly rim.
S: Mandarin and melon with shades of coconut. Some sort of Hawaiian Tropic sun tan lotion without the minerality. Fleshy, and cleaner than what I would describe as ambrosia. Vivid spice and pepper accents.
M: Med body with some hard minerality. Tart and tangy; the alchohol can definitely be picked out.
T: Kiwi, pine mixed with honeydew, tangerine/cantaloupe, and a much lighter watermelon. Galette dough, strawberry shortcake, and strawberry bubblicious in the finish. Although the yeast profile reminded me of TH, it doesn't quite pair up.
