Collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing Co.
We teamed up with the Florida Stout champs to create a bananas foster inspired imperial stout. We mashed in an absurd amount of rich, dark, luscious malts, and fermented it with Our house yeast. We then conditioned the finished beer on loads of banana purée grown directly by our in house farmer, Bobby Banana. We then reconditioned the banana infused beast with a million hand melted marshmallows, hand harvested vanilla beans, and hand grown cinnamons. Big bodied Benz, dark, luscious, and deep.
