16 oz can into a shaker pint glass.
L: SRM 4.5 pours a dull hazy orange color with a thin, tight, bright white head, low carbo, head stays flat with good retention, medium-thick lacing with perforated sheeting and light banding. Light sediment at the end.
S: Tropical fruit salad, gently floral, citrus frd, over ripe fruits, dankness funk rises up with warming, it has a rich aroma and a trace of alcohol with warming.
T: Floral tropical fruits, berries, a distant note of stone fruit, prevalent citrus tastes esp orange, a note of oats, green melon rind, a resinous quality esp in the long lingering finish. It has a full-flavored aftertaste.
F: Smooth, fairly juicy medium-heavy mouthfeel with a full center and a moderately dry finish.
A beautiful and elegant tasting NEIPA. It is lightly rich overall. Not intense in any way. Rich & succulent fruit tastes and caramelized malts mingle well. It is excellent in its style.

Great appearance - moderate carbonation, lingering head, opaque murky yellow. Tropical and green nose. Nice balanced taste, lot of bitterness - but plenty of tropical fruit punch. Good malty backbone. Medium to heavy mouthfeel.
Very nice for a themed batch of beer. Go Yankees!
