No date on can, into an Ethereal Brewing tulip.
Pours a dark orange with very little foam, pretty much straight orange juice. Aroma is berries, white gummy bears, and tropical fruit, maybe a little but of overripe grapefruit. Flavor is overripe melon. Overwhelming honeydew with a little grapefruit pith and a rotten orange sort of taste, but really just straight juice with a bitter finish. There's a sort of sour note, so I'm not sure if something went wrong in the can or if it's a potent hop flavor sitting on top of so much booze. The peach rings note is very accurate, it's just cut with Citra bitterness and pith. No malts at all and low sweetness, it's rather dry, a little boozy and cloying, and overall just monstrously overripe. The more I drink it and the more I warm the more I realize this is simply just a huge IPA, and it's going to be boozy. A sipper for sure with massive body, and while the hop flavors are impressive, it's very hard to hide 10% without compromising a beer. Feel is good, shockingly no ethanol or off putting alcohol presence, but the body is utterly massive. You can tell this is a huge beer easily.
