Poured from a crowler to pint glass, the beer is gold with a slight chill haze. It has a skim of white foam and some nice lacing.
The nose is of cereals and saz hops.
The beer is malt driven with a slight sweetness with some cracker like undertones. The hops add a bit of spice bite and some apple notes. It hangs together nicely and I thought right to style.
The mouth crisp and snappy.
This is the first beer I have had from this brwery and am looking forward to my crowler of IPA.
