The Downtown - Pub, Microbrewery, & Air Bar

A little bit of America right between Rewari and New Delhi. Impressively equipment brewpub. Brick walls and lots of wood (a rarity in India). Couple of big screens and an over the top sound system covering classic rock and roll concert videos; Steve Miller, Nine Inch Nails, Sheryl Crow.... Food was typical India cuisine, meaning if you're a tourist, pick your choices carefully. The owner offered a tour of the micro brewery, lead by the head brewer who answered my questions through my friend/interpreter. Perhaps an unexpected pleasure was the outside deck behind the building, with a smoking lounge, green lawn and even a swimming pool. Unfortunately only three draft beer selections, premium lager, dark lager and a German Hefe. Quality was so-so when compared to places in the US, but this is the only Microbrewery in about a 100 mile radius so enjoy! Oh yea, don't bother asking for an IPA, they have no idea what that is.
