Pours a large frothy 2+ finger head with med to moderate frothy fizzy head with very little lacing, hazy med to slight darker golden tan color
Nose brings plenty of creamy doughy wheat, cake batter, some vanilla spice, honey cake, light citrus, fair fruity esters with some banana as well, hint of clove spice
Taste brings more creamy doughy wheat, fair creamy with some more cake batter, vanilla and honey notes, raw batter, banana bread and fruity esters, fair banana with a bit of citrus, a bit of clove and possibly coriander like spice phenol notes, low bitterness, drier finish with a touch more bitterness
Mouth is med bod, creamy, med to a little lighter frothy carb
Overall pretty nice hefe, as expected from Silvaticus
