Amber orange color with a thin beige head with short retention.
Sweet aroma with predominant notes of caramel, orange jam and mild pine.
Flavor with notes of caramels, oranges, mild pine, spices, bread crust, slightly toasted malts and grapefruit. Not sweet as nose misled me. Dry and bitter aftertaste. It feels higher than the 38 IBUs mentioned in the bottle.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Balanced English IPA based on common local interpretation for the style. Decent.
