Medium dark caramel, with some dark orange highlights. Solid, medium dark roast caramel, with a sweet note, to the aroma. Quite enjoyable, dark caramelized malt flavor, with a floral/sweet spice note and a touch of lightly toasted oak, to add to the flavors.
