5 oz pour on tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow color with a smallish head. Aroma and flavor feature clean, slightly sweet biscuity malt and light noble hops with a slight citrus twist. Low bitterness. Full, crisp, well-carbonated mouthfeel. I'm still not sure what an "Italian Pilsner" is supposed to be but this was tasty enough.

Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells kind of sweet, and grainy, and lemony.
I’ve never exactly known Peacemaker to be a high quality brewery, and this doesn’t really change my mind. Italian style pilsners are some of my favorite lagers, but this doesn’t have that minerally bite and snap that I’ve known to love. It’s kind of just grainy sweet, with a muddled hop character.
This isn’t really crisp enough on the back end, but it’s drinkable enough.
This didn’t really scratch the itch.
