Anyway, let's dive in.
Pours beautifully with a substantial caramel head. Sexy.
The nose is as advertised: coffee, chocolate, maple syrup.
The taste is nice. Slighty too bitter with a metallic aftertaste, with coffee also adding to the bitterness. The maple syrup doesn't balance it quite perfectly, but it's still nice. Silky from the lactose sugar and boozy from the...booze - this is one of their better stouts.
