Another one of this overpriced series of Imperial Stouts - this one aged in whiskey barrels.
Pours somewhat unexciting,without much head or even lacing. Smells like bourbon barrel aged stouts do. Very low carbonation in the body, sadly. The whiskey is strong in this one, but the sticky sweet prunes and toffee also dominate.
Not bad, but man, could it use more carbonation. It's quite boring this way.
