Pours the way a proper bourbon barrel aged stout has to, with a tiny head stubbornly remaining long after. The nose is very gentle, not as prominent as BBAs usually are. The taste is a tad too sweet and the coffee or caramel tastes a bit burnt. The bourbon kind of takes a back seat.
This is good, but for the price and size of the bottle, it is not worth the admission. There are better ones out there, even right here in Toronto.
