Pours a deep, cloudy bronze with a frothy everlasting head. Loads of lace coat the glass on the way down. Peach, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple hop notes in abundance in the nose. The taste is citrusy and hoppy tempered with a vanilla like lacto sweetness in addition to the bready malt profile. The mouthfeel is full bodied with full carbonation. High bitterness in the long, fruity finish.
A very nice DIPA with loads of hop dimensions and an interesting but never cloyingly sweet lacto sugar addition. I'll seek this out again.

Pours a lovely light orange with a rather aggressive head. Had to wait for a bit for it to settle. Meanwhile the nose was of stone fruit and honey. The taste is somewhat muted and is mostly acidic citrus with too much carbonation. Slightly disappointing.
Rorschach used to have nice IPAs and highly questionable stouts. Now, with the last few tries at least, their products simply don't compete with others'. For me at least.

Been awhile so thought I would try this brewer again. Tried an April 19th brew so fresh! Pours mango thick with incredible collar. Strong Oat forward nose with mosaic dominant hops. Very fruity with milky body and fine finish. Highly drinkable so beware!
