I haven't had Rorschach for a while and I can't remember the last time I had a beer under 6.5% ABV, here at home. But let's see.
Pours a lovely light orange, with a generous head. The nose includes mostly earth tones and malt - the latter of which is usually not a good sign. The taste is somewhat disappointing. And not really because of the malt (though that is a bit obtrusive as well). It's just tart, without much of anything to back it up. The aftertaste is quite bitter.
Not sure whether it was the Talus hops that messed things up, but this is a little messed up.
