At Rorschach, we are an experimental brewery, always pushing the boundaries of flavor, sometimes at the expense of traditional style parameters. For years, I’ve wanted to brew a series of Bavarian beers, but I wanted to do it right. Our Weissbier is crafted in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian beer purity law.

Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger off white head on a cloudy dark apricot. The head diminishes to a ring.
Spicy banana smells. The taste follows the nose. Dry. Some minimal clove and apple. No hop presence.
Medium body and carbonation. Overall a serviceable but unremarkable Hefeweizen.
