I am hoping the saison part is more predominate than the sour here. It's also 6 years old. I hope I won't have diarrhea.
Pours copper with only a bit of a ring. The nose is full on fermentation. It smells like something that no lips should touch.
Man! Is this ever sour. Good gawd. There is some good taste in there, but I just can't. It makes me shake at every sip. As an aside it's quite dry.
Okay. This will be a $15 drain pour.
