At Rorschach, we are an experimental brewery, always pushing the boundaries of flavor, sometimes at the expense of traditional style parameters. For years, I’ve wanted to brew a series of Bavarian beers, but I wanted to do it right. Our German Pilsner bier, the third in this series, is crafted in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian beer purity law.
