Paradigm Shift it our original birthday beer that we've been brewing annually for our anniversary since year 1!
Brewed with plenty of oats, wheat, and lactose sugar. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, & El Dorado. Notes of mango and tangerine, with pineapple, tropical fruit, and a hint of pine. Thick texture with a soft bitterness and a hint of sweetness.
